What is NOBE?
The National Organization for Business and Engineering (NOBE) is a national network that prepares the next generation of leaders to thrive at the intersection of technical expertise and business strategy. NOBE chapters across the country connect students, alumni, and industry professionals to provide opportunities for leadership, professional development, and hands-on business experience.
What We Do and Why We Do it:
At NOBE Mines, we bridge the gap between engineering and business by giving students the tools, experiences, and networks they need to succeed in technical and leadership roles. We host events, workshops, and programs that allow members to:
- Gain real-world business experience through case competitions, venture capital evaluations, and professional projects.
- Connect directly with industry leaders, alumni, and recruiters.
- Develop leadership skills through committee participation and event organization.
- Build a strong professional network that supports career growth and mentorship.
Why We Do It:
In STEM-focused curricula, business and leadership skills are often overlooked. NOBE equips students with the knowledge, confidence, and experience to apply their technical expertise in the business world—empowering them to become future executives, entrepreneurs, analysts, and innovators

New Member Interest Form:
Once you fill out the interest form, join the club on OreConnect. This ensures that you stay up to date on all events, and the school can account for all of our amazing members. From there, you will be prompted to pay your dues – $5 per semester. This helps us put on events and provide food and drinks at all the chapter meetings!
